FESTIVAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When you buy a Festival pass and collect your wrisTICKET, you agree to Festival Terms, Conditions and Waivers. This event will take place rain or shine.
ID/ PROOF OF PURCHASE: Bring your ticket cash or PayPal receipt, with same credit card. Show photo ID, KTP, Drivers Licence/ Passport.
REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES: No refunds for lost wrisTICKETs, or any other refunds or exchanges. Tickets non-transferable after March 29, 2010.
PROOF OF ENTRY/ WRISTICKETS: Tickets (wrisTICKET) are not transferable within any single session or day and must be shown on demand. You MUST attach your wrisTICKET prior to entering the venue, and wear it to gain re-entry to the venue during any event. Any wrisTICKETs that are damaged or removed are VOID.
RIGHT OF ENTRY: Security staff will enforce Entry, Refusal of Entry and Eviction conditions so that participants and neighbours are safe and happy. Balispirit Festival will accept or reject anyone at any time without liability, if that person is disruptive to the Festival. If necessary, we will expel such people from the Festival without refund.
WAIVER NOTICE/ FESTIVAL LIABILITY: BaliSpirit Festival, except for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, will not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity to wrisTICKET holders travelling to or attending Festival venues. This is limited to delay or cancellation of scheduled performances and loss of or damage to personal property, death, personal injury or illness. We accept no liability for anyone who leaves the Festival before it is finished or for any activity that is not included in Festival.
SWIMMING: Adult nude bathing will not be tolerated. It is extremely disrespectful because we are close to the village's temple and sacred river. We have outside "pool showers"; if you shower before swimming, the pool will stay clean for our six-day event. Towels for sale only.
CAMERAS: Recording or photography of live performances is prohibited without advance authorization from the Event Manager. Anyone seen recording a performance may have equipment confiscated. No busking/performing without prior permission from the Event Manager.
HELP MAKE THIS A GREAT EVENT
RESPECT & ENJOY!
We have presenters from many countries and cultures, and our venue is between two small, traditional villages. Our entry/ exit paths lie between family compounds. When in doubt, listen, ask what to do and ALWAYS show respect. Please be quiet when leaving the Festival premises, especially at night.
BAG INSPECTION/ SAFETY: Security staff may inspect bags. No alcohol, glass containers, high set chairs, fundraising, animals (except guide dogs), long lens cameras, audio recording equipment, non-biodegradable rubbish (no plastic bags, hard plastic, metallic wrappers etc) allowed on site.
ZERO-WASTE VENUE: Help keep this event clean and tidy. Please put your waste in the trash, re-cycling and composting facilities provided. If you see anything broken or unsafe, tell a staff member so that we can fix it. No flyers or pamphlets, unless by prior agreement.
FOOD & DRINK: Outside food/ drink is not permitted. Drinking water available free of charge from large containers. Bring a drink bottle or buy one from Dharma Fair.
KEEP COOL AND SAFE: Drink enough water; bring a hat and lots of SPF 30 sunscreen. Keep to the shade and make sure children do not overheat. Your children's safety, including around the pool area, is your responsibility.
WORKSHOPS/ CLASSES: Workshops will close 10 minutes after the official starting time. Yoga mats will NOT be supplied; bring your own or buy an organic rubber yoga mat from Dharma Fair. Bring your own straps, blocks, towels, mats. Many classes will be very active. Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing and come ready to get down and have fun! Children under 12 years old will only be permitted in yoga classes designated for them.
